Hello! I'm Cynthia

​​With over 20 years of experience in design and a BFA from the University of the Incarnate Word, I bring a strong creative foundation to my role as a UI/UX designer.

 

Since 2002, I’ve worked across graphic, web, and user experience design. Currently, I'm focused on conversational design within the financial industry. I specialize in crafting accessible, user-centered chat experiences informed by data insights, user testing, and business requirements, continuously improving them through the strategic application of conversational design best practices.
