Design Thinking Process
I take a human-centered approach to every project, using empathy to deeply understand user needs. Through a variety of research activities and design methodologies, I uncover key insights that guide the creation of useful and efficient user experiences. Prototype testing allows me to gain valuable user perspectives, helping to refine solutions. I often revisit and iterate through the design thinking process—sometimes simultaneously—until the prototype is ready to move into the next phase of development.

Empathize
Understand the users and the problem.
What I can do.
Contextual research, customer journey maps, empathy maps, generative research, service blueprint, stakeholder interviews, and personas.
Define
Defining who you are solving the problem for.
What I can do.
Ideation workshops with clients, idea prioritization grid, user interviews, synthesizing data, crafting insights, defining pain points and generating a research matrix.
Ideation
Using design, how can we solve the problem?
What I can do.
Brainstorming sessions, comparative research, information architecture, sketches, and storyboarding.
Prototype
Visually create a working solution.
What I can do.
Lo-Fidelilty wireframes, high-fidelity clickable prototypes.
User Testing
Does the user understand the solution? Do we need to go back and repeat the process?
What I can do.
Usability testing, A/B testing, tree testing, and surveys.
Implement
Launch your solution.
What I can do.
High-fidelity spec prototypes to hand off to the development team.
